How to find tyres at Pneumatika.com

In order to find proper tyres on Pneumatika.com use our tyres selector

  2. Tyre type
  3. Pick the right size by choosing Width/Height/Diameter
  4. Press “More options” in order to use hidden filters
  5. Press “Search” button to see all offers available

*Please note that it is not necessary to fill all fields of configurator in order to proceed with your search, but it is recommended in order to improve search results for the product needed.

How can I purchase a product at Pneumatika.com?

Once you decided you would like to buy a product, you click through directly to the supplier’s website or you can purchase straight at TyresNet if the retailer is listed in our marketplace.

Click through to seller’s website and proceed with your order there

  1. Proceed to seller’s website
  2. Shop information (General information, contact and payment details)
  3. Shipping information and availability status
  4. Payment methods accepted by seller

Add to cart and order on our platform

  1. Add to cart to order directly from Pneumatika.com

*As soon as the order has been placed you will deal directly with the retailer. If you have any questions regarding the order you should contact the supplier directly. All information is listed in “Shop information” section, and it will be also mentioned in your order confirmation email.

Payment methods

→ Bank transfer

If you have chosen Bank transfer as your prefered payment method you will find payment information and total amount on a thank you page after you completing the purchase:

  1. Seller’s account details (Transfer the amount to the account listed)
  2. Total amount for your order - sum of money that you transfer to seller
  3. Seller’s contact information, so you can contact shop for more details

→ Credit card

You can pay with all types of credit cards that are listed in seller's payment methods. As soon as you have chosen credit card type and confirmed your order by pressing "Buy now" button, you will be redirected to seller's payment page. After your payment is processed you will return back to Pneumatika.com's "Thank you" page, where you will find your order details.

→ Paypal or other online payment service

If you choose to complete your payment with PayPal or any other online payment service, at the end of your order you will be redirected to online payment service platform. If you already have an account, simply log in and confirm your order. If you have not used online payment service before, you can register as a guest or create a new account, and then confirm your order.
Once we have confirmed the payment, you will receive an order confirmation.

*Please note, that in rare occasion, Paypal processing problems may occur, which we cannot influence. Note that a transaction through PayPal will be issued from our webpage, you cannot go to PayPal’s webpage to complete your order, then we will not link the payment with the order. Please keep this in mind when choosing PayPal or any other online payment service as your payment method.

Track your order

As soon as you placed your order, you will land on a "Thank you page" and receive order confirmation email that contains all information needed to track or identify your order:

    • Order number - 8 digits that you can use to identify your order with customer support if needed, or to track your order via our tracking form

  • Order status - section in “Order confirmation page” (that you can reach by using our tracking form, or by following the link from your confirmation email) with detailed information regarding your order status:
